The Official Association of Technical Architects of Mallorca announced the first edition of the Technical Architecture awards in five professional categories. The awards aim to highlight those projects and initiatives carried out in the building and construction sectors in Mallorca and which are considered benchmarks of the good practice carried out by the Technical Architect.

Bartomeu Tous Julià was awarded professional prize for the best sustainable building and energy efficiency project for the multi-family building located at 15 Paseo Mallorca Street.
